We’re not just providing a service, we care…

Nationwide Care Services Limited was formed with a vision to be a leading and innovative provider of care services. We aim to achieve this by working in partnership with all our stakeholders to develop a service user centred approach.

Our core focus is to support service users by providing person centred care that is outcome based and provides value for money with a focus on delivering quality services that are reliable, flexible and offer choice and control.

We aim to deliver this through a highly skilled workforce whose experience, training and attitude will ensure that we provide support services which enable our service users to maintain their chosen independent lifestyle in a dignified and respectful manner.

Individual care is of the utmost importance to us, for this reason we are consistently chosen by local authorities and private individuals to deliver care on many levels, but all to an exacting standard.

Why Nationwide Care Services?

As a specialist provider of care and support, our goal is to deliver flexible, personalised quality care services enabling independent living and promotes the mental and physical well-being of our service users.

We respect the individuality and wishes of our service users. Every child, young person and adult of any age, their family and wider support network is a valuable member of our team, and their needs and requirements are as important as the specifications set out in each care plan.

We continually monitor the quality of service we provide, making regular, scheduled visits to service users to assess the punctuality, reliability, efficiency and competence of our careworkers and our service users’ satisfaction with the support we provide – a process that is an integral part of how we make sure we always deliver the care services that you need.
