Shift patternMonday–Friday 08:30–17:00, with on-call rota

The coordinator is the hinge of a branch. You build the rota, cover the gaps, know which carer suits which household, and answer the phone when something changes at 07:40 on a Tuesday.

What you will be doing

  • Building and maintaining weekly rotas
  • Matching carers to service users thoughtfully
  • Handling call-outs, sickness and last-minute cover
  • Supporting carers with queries and supervisions
  • Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota

What we need from you

  • Experience in domiciliary care scheduling or coordination
  • Calm under pressure and genuinely organised
  • Strong IT skills — we use digital rostering and eMAR
  • Full driving licence
