The coordinator is the hinge of a branch. You build the rota, cover the gaps, know which carer suits which household, and answer the phone when something changes at 07:40 on a Tuesday.
What you will be doing
- Building and maintaining weekly rotas
- Matching carers to service users thoughtfully
- Handling call-outs, sickness and last-minute cover
- Supporting carers with queries and supervisions
- Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota
What we need from you
- Experience in domiciliary care scheduling or coordination
- Calm under pressure and genuinely organised
- Strong IT skills — we use digital rostering and eMAR
- Full driving licence
