Flexible care, arranged on your terms.
Flexible, personalised care for people and families who choose to fund their own care — arranged around your needs, routines and preferences, with the cost of the package made clear before it begins.
At Nationwide Care Services we provide flexible, personalised care for individuals and families who choose to privately fund their care. We understand that arranging care for yourself or a loved one can feel overwhelming, so our aim is to make the process straightforward, transparent and reassuring — high quality care, tailored to individual needs, preferences and lifestyle.
Whether you need a few hours of support each week, regular daily care, overnight assistance, live-in care or more complex support, we will work with you to build a care package that is right for you. The level and type of care provided is always based on an individual assessment and an agreed care plan.
Everyone’s circumstances are different, and funding care privately gives you the flexibility to arrange support around what works best for you and your family. You can discuss your requirements with us directly and we will establish a package together, rather than fitting your life around a fixed template.
You should have a clear understanding of your care arrangements and what they cost from the start. Following an assessment we will discuss the care required and give you information about the applicable charges before your service begins. If your needs change, any proposed change to the care package is discussed with you first.
Arranging private care is not only about supporting the person receiving it. It provides valuable reassurance for family members too. Our care professionals give reliable support while helping families stay involved in the way that works best for them — whether that is occasional respite, regular home care or a more comprehensive package.
Our goal is to help people remain safe, comfortable and independent in familiar surroundings for as long as possible. If you or a loved one are considering privately funded care, our team is here to help.
Contact our team to discuss your circumstances, your concerns and the type of support you are looking for. Nothing is committed at this stage.
A coordinator visits to understand your care needs, preferences, daily routines and goals — and to tell you what is genuinely needed, which is often less than families expect.
The plan sets out the support required and how it will be delivered. We then discuss the care agreed and the applicable charges before your service begins.
Suitable care professionals are matched to your needs and preferences, with continuity and compatibility taken into consideration so you see familiar faces.
Your care is reviewed regularly to make sure it still meets your needs, and any proposed change to the package is discussed with you before it happens.
It means you arrange and pay for your care directly, rather than through a local authority or the NHS. You discuss your requirements with us and we agree a care package that reflects your circumstances, without a means test or a waiting list.
Anything from a few hours of support each week to regular daily care, overnight assistance, live-in care or more complex support. The level and type of care provided is based on an individual assessment and the agreed care plan.
Yes. Following the assessment we discuss the care required and provide information about the applicable charges before your service begins, so there are no surprises once care is underway.
Care is reviewed regularly and can be adapted as circumstances change. If a change to the care package is needed, we will discuss it — including any effect on the charges — with you first.
We match care professionals to your needs and preferences, and take continuity and compatibility into account. If a match is not working, tell us and we will change it.
Yes. Private care often exists as much for the family as for the person receiving it. We provide reliable support while helping relatives stay involved in the way that suits them, including planned respite when a break is needed.
Possibly. Some people qualify for local authority support or NHS funding depending on their needs and circumstances. We are happy to point you towards the right assessment before you commit to funding privately.
Contact Nationwide Care Services to discuss your requirements and arrange an assessment. There is no charge for the assessment and no obligation to proceed.
