This is support, not supervision. The people you work with have their own tenancies, their own routines and their own plans — college, work placements, five-a-side, the pub quiz. Your job is to make those happen.
What you will be doing
- Supporting daily living skills and independence
- Community access, appointments and activities
- Positive behaviour support plans
- Budgeting and household management support
- Accurate daily records
What we need from you
- A genuine interest in people’s independence
- Resilience and consistency
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to do sleep-in shifts
What you get in return
- Sleep-ins paid at £75 per night
