Complex Care Assistant — tracheostomy & PEG

Nurse-led package supporting a young adult at home in Derby. Full clinical training provided.

Pay£14.50 – £16.25 per hour
Hours36 hours per week
Shift pattern12-hour days and nights, 3 shifts per week
LocationDerby

You will join a small, stable team supporting one person with a tracheostomy and PEG feed in their own home. Training is delivered and signed off by our clinical lead, and a registered nurse is on call for the package at all times.

What you will be doing

  • Tracheostomy care and suctioning
  • PEG feeding and medication via enteral route
  • Moving and handling with hoist and slings
  • Detailed clinical observations and record keeping
  • Working alongside the community nursing team

What we need from you

  • Care experience in a clinical or complex setting
  • Confidence with clinical tasks and record keeping
  • Driving licence preferred
  • Enhanced DBS
