You will join a small, stable team supporting one person with a tracheostomy and PEG feed in their own home. Training is delivered and signed off by our clinical lead, and a registered nurse is on call for the package at all times.
What you will be doing
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- PEG feeding and medication via enteral route
- Moving and handling with hoist and slings
- Detailed clinical observations and record keeping
- Working alongside the community nursing team
What we need from you
- Care experience in a clinical or complex setting
- Confidence with clinical tasks and record keeping
- Driving licence preferred
- Enhanced DBS
