You will own the candidate journey end to end — writing adverts that sound like us, screening applications quickly, running interviews and making sure compliance is watertight before anyone starts.
What you will be doing
- Posting and refreshing vacancies across all branches
- Screening applications within 48 hours
- Telephone and face-to-face interviews
- DBS, right to work and reference compliance
- Reporting on time-to-hire and retention
What we need from you
- Recruitment experience, ideally in health and social care
- Understanding of safer recruitment and DBS
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised
