Live-in care means one person, one carer, and a genuine alternative to a residential home. You move in for a fortnight, follow the household’s routine rather than a rota, and take your two hours of break each day with cover in place.

What you will be doing

  • All aspects of personal care and daily living support
  • Meal planning, cooking and household management
  • Medication administration
  • Companionship and keeping the person connected to their community
  • Liaising with family, GPs and district nurses

What we need from you

  • At least 6 months’ paid care experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to commit to a two-week placement pattern
  • Comfortable living in someone else’s home

What you get in return

  • Weekly rate paid regardless of hours
  • Two weeks off between placements
  • Funded Level 3 Diploma
  • 24/7 on-call support from your branch
We are an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation, and we will make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process — just tell us what would help.
