Our Dudley branch works across the borough — Dudley, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Sedgley and Netherton — and reaches into Tipton, Wednesbury and Wolverhampton, which has no separate office of its own. Russells Hall Hospital is in the middle of the catchment.

The Black Country patch is compact, which is an advantage: rounds are short on driving and long on time in the house. Where a fifteen-minute call is all that has been commissioned, we will say so at the assessment rather than take it on and deliver something that helps nobody.

The branch has its own CQC registration, its own registered manager and its own out-of-hours rota, backed by the group on-call line overnight.
