You will audit care plans and MAR charts across the Leicester and Derby branches, spot the patterns behind the errors, and work with coordinators to fix the cause rather than the symptom.
What you will be doing
- Care plan and MAR chart audits
- Spot-check visits and observations
- CQC evidence packs and action plans
- Supporting branch managers with improvement plans
What we need from you
- Experience in a regulated care setting
- Working knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry
- Confident writing reports
- Full driving licence — travel between branches required
